Live Chat Service is first-of-its-kind endeavor in the Indian telecom industry and aims at ensuring customer service as a key differentiator for Tata DOCOMO. The service will take care of all postpaid & prepaid queries/ requests & complaints through live Chat option. Further more, the customers post chatting with the company representative, can also fill in a feedback form to help Tata DOCOMO consistently evolve the service.

Tata Docomo’s unique Live Chat service provides a refreshingly different telecom experience to its GSM customers. To avail the service, Live Chat, customers have to log on to TATA DOCOMO website and click on the ‘Chat’ button. Once the customer fills a Pre-Chat Form, he/she automatically gets transferred to a live chat with the company representative. The representative then resolves/answers queries/requests/complaints and closes the chat accordingly. Post the chat, the customer can simply provide his/her opinion by filling a specific feedback form.
