After Momac was named sole ringtone provider on O2 Active, Momac’s innovative cloud-based platform mvolve is now to power O2’s mobile microsites. Mvolve’s ease-of-use and advanced technology allow O2 to rapidly and autonomously create flexible, content-rich mobile sites that keep pace with internal business demands and boost end-user experience.
“Mvolve has made us a lot faster and responsive, and better able to turn around mobile versions of campaign sites to very tight deadlines, which is what the business expects of us,” says Phil Hornsey, Senior Manager, Mobile Internet. “From the minute we were given access to mvolve we’ve used it to build mobile sites ranging from campaign support sites to competitions to mobile versions of product info sites.”
O2 opted for the advanced mobile publishing platform mvolve, which allowed them to internally create over 50 sites on-the-fly, edit content and respond promptly to promotional campaigns.
Following a brief platform training, O2 assumed full management of their mobile microsites. From small campaigns to major promotional and communications operations, O2 now uses mvolve to independently build microsites and manage other aspects of its mobile portal.
“The mvolve platform is exceptional in that it grants customers maximum freedom,” explains Sham Careem, Chief Commercial Officer at Momac. “With zero technical knowledge, internal staff execute updates and site creation, virtually eliminating change requests and content bottlenecks, ultimately leading to superior customer experiences.”
Momac will showcase mvolve in CTIA Wireless’ “Cloud Computing Pavilion” (Booth 4183) from 22 to 24 March in Orlando, Fla.
